An Unforgettable Journey

It's been a few weeks since my internship at Capacura ended, but the memories are still fresh. I am grateful for the opportunities I had during these transformative three months at Capacura. Not only was this my first time abroad, it was also an important cultural and learning experience.

During the internship, I committed to parsing data with web scraping techniques, fine-tuning NLP models, and facilitating automation. Each task brought challenges and complexities, yet they allowed me to grow and hone my technical skills.

Especially thanks to my mentors, , for their guidance and support. Thank you, Joel; you allowed me to unleash my potential and creativity, encouraged me to try out new ideas, and always guided me back on the right path whenever I faced difficulties.

I particularly remember asking Sandro once, "What if my progress report doesn't yield any results for a while?" with a bit of anxiety. He replied, "It's okay. Even if there are no outcomes, that's fine. It's also okay if the results don't meet expectations. There's no such a 'bad' result; every result tells us which direction to go." This significantly changed the mindset about "success" that I used to have.

Thank you, Capacura, for this unforgettable journey. I am excited to carry forward the lessons learned and the mindset of embracing challenges as I continue on my professional path. I will always be thankful, and I wish the company every success.
